Graphic Style and Usage Guidelines
This webpage has been designed to provide detailed, standardized usage guidelines for the Stark Company Realtors (Stark) logo and brand.
By following these guidelines, a uniform recognition and awareness of the logos and brand will be created. It is the responsibility of each person using this guide to see that proper usage is followed for all Stark collateral. Logo Spacing and Sizing
The minimum clear space for the primary logos is defined by the “r” and
for the alternate logo is defined by the “S” from the logomarks.
Incorrect Logo Usage
DO NOT change the fonts or orientation of the logo in any way.
DO NOT place the logo on a busy or multicolored background.
DO NOT invert the logo colors or use colors outside of the approved palette.
DO NOT rearrange, distort or change the relative size or spacing of the logo elements.

Use PNG if transparent background is needed.
Logo with tagline should not be less than 2" wide.
Logo without tagline should not be less than 3/4" wide.
Our Color Palette
The Stark Logo Colors are Brave Blue and Gallant Grey
and should be the colors used throughout all Stark branded materials.
These are the recommended fonts for print and digital collateral.
These fonts help support the professional image and voice of the Stark brand.
Poppins Medium is a modern, sans serif font to be used for large section headlines or category breaks in copy. It should also be used for numbers when referencing dates, times, and phone numbers. It is available online as a free and open source Google Font.
Roboto Regular is used for all primary copy and large sections of text, as well as the secondary and tertiary headlines. This font family is available online as a free and open source Google Font.
